SCOPE OF WORK
The Nelson Group has been defining spaces since 1992, and focuses on full scale renovation projects and new construction. Our specialty is taking your vision all the way from conception to reality. We offer attractive design solutions, combined with responsible installation, followed by equally important maintenance and care programs. With the big picture in mind, these 3 pieces allow us to grow the project into the vision of the designer and client. We are a full service project specialist, taking your entire outdoor space and transforming it through design, build, and care.
Minimums:
Our scope of work involves projects for non existing customers with a minimum installation budget of $10,000. Although we can appreciate beautification projects of all sizes, our company specializes in providing the highest quality products and services on a large scale.
LANDSCAPE DESIGN
Our design specialists love what they do, combining form and function with experience and artistry to transform your vision into reality.
A great design considers unity, balance, proportion, rhythm, and emphasis of the space. A great designer uses these 5 principles of design to successfully implement the vision of the client and design.
When you are ready to proceed with your outdoor design project, our design specialists are happy to meet with you free of charge to discuss and share ideas for the property. Once the decision is made to use The Nelson Group for your project, we will provide you a proposal for design services, with a minimum $1000 design fee.
For Contracted installation projects of $10-20,000, half of the design fee will be credited back to the project. For contracts over $20,000, the entire design fee will be credited back to the customer.
LANDSCAPE IMPLEMENTATION
Drainage - Water management is always the first consideration of any successful outdoor space.
Hardscape - Your space can be transformed with the addition of any Hardscape. Whether it’s driveways, walkways, patios, brick walls or columns, fencing, or any design elements, we have the most experienced craftsman to make it happen.
Irrigation - Irrigation is the backbone of any landscape in our area. Without it, quality aesthetics are not possible. A correct irrigation design and installation are key to the success of the space.
Landscape - The Nelson Group uses only the most experienced teams and highest quality materials to install your landscape.
Lighting - No high quality design is complete without a well designed lighting system. The lighting is where the form and function meet the road, and the design hits the eye!
LANDSCAPE CARE
The Nelson Group provides only the highest quality maintenance and care programs to our customers. A high quality, aesthetically pleasing landscape requires a great deal of detailed maintenance, alongside a solid chemical care program. Our team has the experience to keep your landscape in top condition weekly.
